From Renting Her Clothes To Zoom-Perfect Outfits, Nicola Coughlan Is Our Favourite New Style Muse Leave a comment

Nicola Coughlan is not the first actor to have to style out the promo trail for a new show via Zoom (hello, Daisy Edgar-Jones), but she is one of the most skilled at it. Whether she’s appearing on video calls with the British Film Institute, or on socially-distanced interviews in real life on chat shows in Ireland, Bridgerton‘s most stylish star, along with her stylist Aimée Croysdill, certainly knows a thing or two about waist-up dressing. Their winning formula seems to be frocks that have a certain flounce to them, whether it’s an elaborate collar, a see-through tiered skirt or extravagantly-sized sleeves. Fans of her style will be pleased to hear that she’s been borrowing several of her outfits from the rental app By Rotation, including this bubblegum pink dress from Valentino, and a puff-shouldered cocktail dress from Rotate Birger Christensen.

‘We’re so grateful to have Nicola Coughlan support the rental revolution!’ says the app’s founder Eshita Kabra-Davies. ‘We’ve been working closely with her stylist Aimee Croysdill for a while who’s amazing (her wardrobe is also on the app!) and always creates such eye-catching looks for her clients. It’s so refreshing to see a stylist support the circular fashion movement and use her power to highlight platforms like us. Like everyone else we have been binging Bridgerton so seeing Nicola in our rented pieces was a fantastic way to start the year. And the best part is, you can rent them too,’
